Cancellation Policy

At Om Jewels, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before the product is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Please note:

• Orders cannot be canceled once they are delivered.

• For prepaid orders, eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• In case of any concerns or if your product is damaged or defective, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
